Create platform versions

Prepare different video shapes, cover images, and post text from one project.

Use platform versions when the same story needs different shapes or delivery settings. For example, you might prepare a landscape website video and a portrait social version.

Start a demo campaign

From New video, choose Demo to social. Select a Source recording or record/upload a new one, then describe your audience, goal, message and optional call to action. Choose a maximum story length and select Find story angles.

Review each suggestion against its video passage and Source evidence. Edit the title, opening hook and post caption, choose TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts, and select Create editable versions. Each copy opens in the regular editor. AI access is required to suggest stories; the original recording and edits stay intact.

Create the versions

  1. Open your video in the editor.
  2. Choose More actions → Cover, post & versions.
  3. Expand Create platform versions.
  4. Select the formats you need, then choose Create versions.
  5. Find the new videos under Related versions and select Open to review each one.

Available choices include YouTube video, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Instagram feed, LinkedIn feed, Website, and Training / LMS. These are starting formats; check the destination’s current publishing requirements when you deliver the file.

Review each layout

Open Video → Adjust scene framing in each version. Check the crop at the beginning, middle, and end of each scene. Make sure titles and captions fit, and that the subject stays visible as it moves.

Use the safe-area guide to leave room around important content. Preview the video at a size close to the one viewers will use, particularly for mobile feeds.

Treat each version as its own video to review, save, and export.

Prepare a cover and post text

In Cover, post & versions, enter a Cover title, select the Cover frame (export seconds), and write Post copy. These fields save automatically.

Choose a frame that represents the video clearly. Confirm that the post copy and any call to action match the version you plan to share.

Export and download packages

Use Export in the top bar for the current version. When you have more than one version, select up to 10 videos under Related versions and choose Export selected videos. Wait until the selected exports are ready.

Use Download package, Download selected packages, or Download all packages, as available. The publishing package brings together the prepared video and supporting cover and post material. Open it and check the contents before uploading to your destination.

Downloading a package does not post to a social account. Upload the finished files and copy through the destination’s own publishing workflow.

Publish to a connected account

Open Social in the workspace sidebar. Under Accounts, a workspace owner or admin can connect TikTok or an Instagram professional account. If a platform shows that its connection is not configured, it is not available yet. Workspace members can publish videos they own to these shared connections.

In the editor’s Cover, post & versions, choose Publish to social. Watch the current export, choose an account, edit the post caption and select a cover frame. Captions must be under 2,200 characters. For Instagram, you can also choose Also share the Reel to feed. For TikTok, choose privacy and interaction permissions and disclose commercial or realistic AI-generated content as appropriate. Confirm your review, then select Publish video. If review approval is required, obtain it first. Direct posting supports portrait MP4 exports from 3 to 180 seconds, under 1 GB, subject to the account’s platform limits. TikTok direct posting requires an export without the Breezier watermark.

Follow progress under Social → Posts & schedule. The person who queued a delivery can choose Cancel delivery while it is queued or scheduled. An uncertain result means the platform may have received the video; check the destination before posting another export. Check status asks the platform for the latest result. Disconnecting an account stops future access from Breezier but does not delete videos already on the platform.

Schedule a video

After reviewing the export and post settings, choose Schedule for later. Enter the publishing time in UTC, between one minute and 30 days ahead. Changing any setting clears your confirmation, so confirm last, then select Schedule video.

Under Social → Posts & schedule, open Reschedule to change a scheduled delivery’s time, or cancel it before submission begins. The scheduled delivery keeps the exact reviewed video and caption even if you edit the project later. Account restrictions and required approval are checked again at delivery. A disconnected account or changed restrictions can prevent publishing. Delivery can start shortly after the scheduled time, and platform processing can delay the final post.

Compare results

Once the platform confirms a published post, select Update metrics. The table shows the latest lifetime totals and when they were measured. A dash means the platform has not supplied that metric. Compare posts on the same platform at similar ages; these counts do not predict engagement or prove that one creative caused a better result. Private TikTok posts may not have metrics available.

Use Campaign, Platform, and Delivery status to narrow the latest 100 matching deliveries. Campaign results groups measured posts by campaign and platform. Each count says how many posts reported it, and the age range shows when those posts were measured. Interactions per 100 views combines likes, comments and shares only for posts with all four counts and positive views. These sums do not count unique people.

Plan the next campaign

On one of your measured campaign posts, choose Plan next campaign. Breezier opens the original recording, prefills the brief, and shows the caption and results that can inform your next draft. Name the new campaign and edit What to test next—for example, show the invitation step before explaining the benefit.

When you request stories, the caption, measured results, brief and source transcript go to your configured AI provider. Breezier saves the measurement used with the new draft; later metric refreshes do not rewrite it. Review the suggested passage and copy before creating platform versions, exporting and publishing again. Results help you choose a test; they do not prove which change will perform better.

For a learning platform, use More actions → Download LMS package (SCORM) instead. See Export and download.
