Set up your brand kit

Reuse your logo, colors, typography, and writing preferences across videos.

Open Brand kit in the workspace navigation. The kit belongs to the workspace, so everyone who edits videos in it shares one brand and any member except a viewer can update it. A saved kit helps you apply a consistent look without repeating the same choices in each video.

Save your visual identity

  1. Enter your Brand name.
  2. Add a Logo. Use a PNG or JPEG up to 5 MB; a transparent PNG works well over different backgrounds.
  3. Set your Background, Text, and Accent colors.
  4. Choose a Type style, or upload a Custom font (TTF or OTF) up to 10 MB. A custom font takes priority over the type style.
  5. Optionally add a Title-card background image. The upload accepts PNG or JPEG up to 20 MB and 4096 pixels per side.
  6. Review the preview and select Save brand kit.

Export your videos again to apply brand kit changes. Existing downloads keep their original branding.

Use a font you have permission to use. Check that it supports the languages in your video, especially when creating translated versions.

Set writing and pronunciation preferences

The kit includes a Pronunciation dictionary, Brand voice instructions, and Writing style for AI scripts. Use the guidance beside each field to describe how your brand should sound.

Keep instructions specific: for example, ask for short sentences, define how a product name is spoken, or describe the intended audience. Review generated scripts and listen to narration; these preferences do not replace a final content check.

Apply the kit to a video

In the editor, open Video โ†’ Layout & framing, expand Background & frame, and turn on Use my brand kit (colours, logo, font). The option appears once a brand kit has been saved. Preview title cards and text after applying it, then export again when the result is ready.

If you do not see the expected styling, check that the kit was saved and Use my brand kit is on for that video. A scene or text layer may also have its own appearance settings.

Reuse your video settings

In video settings, Use these settings for new videos saves your current starting choices for look, narration, cleanup, captions, cursor, camera, music, and format. This helps when most new videos should begin the same way.

A brand kit, saved defaults, and a template serve different purposes:

Reusable item Purpose
Brand kit Your visual identity and writing preferences.
Saved defaults Starting settings for new videos.
Template A video structure you can use as the basis for another video.
