Manage & troubleshoot
Account, workspace, and billing
Manage sign-in, workspace usage, your plan, and AI availability.
Open Settings for account details, the current workspace, usage, and feature availability. Use Plans & billing for subscription and AI billing controls.
Sign in or recover access
When creating an account, enter your email address and agree to the Terms, then follow the email link to verify your address and sign in. You can set a password afterward in Settings → Change email or password.
For later visits, use a sign-in link or your password. Choose Use a sign-in link to receive an email link, including when you have forgotten your password or have not set one. Follow the latest email link to regain access.
Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive. Keep sign-in links private. If you followed a collaboration invitation, use the email address that was invited.
To change your email or password, open Settings → Change email or password. An email change sends a confirmation link to the new address; follow it to finish the change.
Check the workspace
Under Workspace & usage, if you belong to more than one workspace, confirm Current workspace. Switch workspaces here if the project or usage figures do not look familiar.
Workspace owners and admins can rename the workspace and add or remove people as Member, Admin, or Viewer. Teammates need a Breezier account first. Owners, admins and members can edit every video in the workspace; viewers can open, watch and comment on them but not edit. Project invitations and workspace membership are separate ways to grant access. Review both when deciding who should see your videos.
Understand your usage
Settings shows videos created this month, storage use, and the maximum recording length for your plan. Plans & billing shows the current plan and available choices.
Use the figures shown in the app for current prices, limits, and availability. If you reach a creation limit, you can open an existing video while reviewing your plan options. Removing a video does not necessarily undo the fact that it was created during the monthly allowance period.
Manage the subscription
The workspace owner manages subscriptions, AI balance, and provider keys.
- Open Plans & billing and review the current plan.
- Compare the available plans and billing intervals.
- Follow the checkout flow if you choose to subscribe or change plan.
- Use Manage subscription & invoices when available to view billing details and the subscription options offered there.
- Select Refresh billing if you have returned from checkout and the page has not yet updated.
Subscription and AI usage charges are separate. Review the totals and terms shown in the billing flow before confirming a purchase.
Use AI with your plan
| Plan | AI approach |
|---|---|
| Free and Creator | AI captions, script help and OpenAI narration within a monthly allowance shown under Usage this month. Premium voices, translation, and generated scenes need Studio or Studio Connect. |
| Studio | AI features, including premium voices, translation, and generated scenes, use a prepaid balance. |
| Studio Connect | AI features use your own connected provider keys. |
The allowance resets on the first of each calendar month (UTC). When it is used up, AI tools pause until the next month or an upgrade to Studio; recording, editing and exporting continue.
For Studio, the owner can add funds under Prepaid AI balance. The balance carries over between months; requests pause when there is not enough balance for the operation.
For Studio Connect, the owner can add supported keys under Your AI connections and select Save keys. An OpenAI key enables transcription, script editing, and OpenAI voices; an ElevenLabs key adds its voices; a Runway key enables generated scenes. Leave a field empty to keep its saved key; use Remove key to disconnect it. Provider usage charges go to the connected provider account.
Enter keys only in the intended billing controls. Do not paste them into scripts, comments, shared videos, or support screenshots.
If a feature is unavailable, check Settings → AI features for the explanation. Recording, manual editing, and original audio remain useful alternatives while you resolve AI access.
